Description
BDS Recruitment are looking for a Customer Complaints Admin to work for a well known housing association based in Coventry, CV3.
Duties include but are not limited too;- To support the Complaints & Customer Care Team
- Other tasks will include complaint inboxes, task boxes, processing payments, setting up new complaints, acknowledgement of complaints, however some of the role may require helping with calls to take messages during busy periods for case handlers.
Pay Rate; £12.20
Hours; Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm
