A creative flexible working space based in Ealing is looking for an upbeat, positive and pro-active receptionist with office management and events duties to join their friendly team.
If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, you'll beorganising regular events and essentially running a space that you can really take pride in, read onIn this fully office-based role with hours of 8:45-5:30pm Monday - Friday, as receptionist, your role will include the following:
- Providing a warm welcome to all clients and members at all times, and offering a first-class service
- Building excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and management
- Supporting clients with any requests and queries, managing health and safety for the building and ensuring all facilities are ready for use and in tiptop condition
- Ensuring the outside of the building and kitchen areas are fully stocked and that all areas are clean and tidy ready for the day ahead
- Managing monthly invoicing for clients and ensuring budgets are adhered to, to ensure the space is running efficiently
- Creating and running social events for members to ensure the space is a great place to work and clients and colleagues enjoy coming in each day
