SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Cannock who are recruiting for a Head of Marketing & Communications.

Hybrid Working
£55,000 - £60,000 + Car or Car Allowance, Private Health Care / Dental Care / Pension


A senior communicator, the Head of Marketing and Communications will lead the strategic marketing communications and operational delivery of activity for the organisation.

You will define and drive the brand to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activity.

Building and leading a new marketing team, you will be key to further developing our brand proposition and to providing marketing direction across the organisation to support the three key areas of work.

You will be a highly experienced marketer, expert at delivering tailored messaging to a range of audiences and markets.

You will be passionate about the importance of excellent marketing communications and have creative ideas for how the organisation's presence and brand recognition can be further developed to support brand awareness, market penetration and engagement.

You will have already held a head of role, or similar, and be used to managing multiple clients and businesses at one time.

You will have a proven track record of strategy development and operational delivery, alongside technical experience which will enable you to hit the ground running.


You will manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation's mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times.

You will develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organisation's brand and reputation, including writing and editing effective copy.

You will develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries


You will provide a new structure and framework in terms of branding and marketing from which your team can develop marketing activity to support the organisation's activities, including market research, sales collateral and advertising.

You will identify and effectively utilise a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the line, direct and digital marketing.

You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity. You will manage internal communications. You will manage the marketing budget. You will act as spokesperson and ambassador for the organisation. You will oversee the management of the organisation's CRM system
