What you'll do
Our HR Central Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by processing colleagues' contractual changes, effectively onboarding new joiners and answering to a whole host of HR queries that come in from colleagues across the Group.
One of our top priorities is to continue developing our services to make sure these processes are even slicker and quicker and keep delivering an exceptional experience to our colleagues.
That's where you come in.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the frontline of Abri's HR Services team where your customer service skills and problem solving will both be crucial as you'll be not only provide timely and accurate admin support to the business, but also be the first port of call for any all HR Helpdesk queries from colleagues, resolving when possible and escalating to others in the team when needed.
You'll need to have an eye for accuracy and be able to work efficiently by managing competing priorities as you'll also be tasked with contracts and paperwork, onboarding new starters and updating our HR systems, all while working towards internal SLAs and Payroll deadlines.
