Description
To collect relevant literature to facilitate the different stages of specific research projects, as appropriate. Clinical To attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings, steering groups and other forums as appropriate. Teaching Training and Supervision To identify, with line manager, appropriate training to support professional development. To participate in regular supervision.

To facilitate the meaningful participation and training of service users in research activity to facilitate co-production. To support the identification of further avenues of service user participation and training opportunities.

To contribute to training events Management, recruitment and service development Liaison with other members of University and NHS staff as required.

To attend meetings in which project development is planned and discussed.

To adhere to the service specification and quality standards of Psychology Services, particularly relating to confidentiality. IT responsibilities Collection of research data, either from primary source or collation of data, such as questionnaires and similar. Creating databases, inputting research data into a database and management of data. Summarising research data for the preparation of oral and written reports.

General To act in a professional manner and with appropriate behaviour at all times. To undertake specific administrative duties as required. Working environment To undertake interviews with vulnerable clients. Occasionally being at risk of verbal and physical aggression and hostility.

To ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
