An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly Customer Service team at a thriving company in Nottingham.
Morris Vermaport Group provides our clients with unrivalled levels of quality in the lift and escalator maintenance, repair, modernisation and new lift installations.
You will be responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls from our customers, suppliers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to organise and facilitate exceptional customer service to our clients, allocating jobs to engineers and raising invoices as well.
Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing your delegated key accounts.This involves, but is not limited to:
routine reporting, dealing with reactive complains/queries and general day-to-day administration.
Main Activities \ Duties:
- Assisting with the organisation of all servicing & maintenance of our portfolio of Passenger, Goods, Service and Stair Lifts.
- You will be required to use our management system, Protean, creating jobs, allocating engineers and liaising with operational teams
- Responsible for raising Invoices and issuing all paperwork to customers
- You will be allocated key accounts and will be required to maintain all paperwork and communication between Morris Vermaport and the key account
- You will be expected to communicate closely with both our clients and the management team.
- Build customer relationships in order to fully understand their needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- You will be determined, ambitious and willing to learn
- You will be IT Literate and be capable of using a variety of different systems
. Previous experience in dealing with customers on a B2B and B2C level
- You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of providing quality and timely feedback on your service reports and findings to both the client and the office.
- You must be organised and able to follow processes
