About The Role


We have a new opportunity for an Operational Risk Associate, you'll be reporting to the Head of Risk and Control - Operations, and you'll support the administration and reporting of KPIs and KRIs within Operations and IT.


Key Accountabilities- Assisting the Head of Risk and Control - Operations to track all actions and papers for relevant committees on key projects.- Liaising with Group counterparts to track performance on Operations' KPIs and have oversight and review of key Group reporting.- Supporting and assisting with the production of management information, including sourcing and preparing information for monthly and ad-hoc reporting.- Working with key stakeholders to follow up on agreed risk and control related actions, updating the relevant database with current status.- Assisting to draft materials, including presentations, reports, papers, and proposals.- Supporting risk discussions with Senior Management, and building collaborative relationships across Ops and IT.- Supporting with ad-hoc duties and project work to assist the wider Operational Risk & COO Office


About You

Skills & Experience- Knowledge of operational risk methodologies, principles and internal/external controls.- Ability to produce and present high quality, focused material to senior stakeholders.- Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities, meeting tight deadlines, strong facilitation skills; able to achieve success by influence.- Ability to challenge business stakeholders objectively and effectively.- Aptitude to break down complex issues into tasks and deal with them in a logical manner.- Proven Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
