An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most reputable Property Service Providers as a Senior Building Surveyor and help them to deliver projects all across London and surrounding areas.

You will be involved in and lead numerous projects to reinstatecommercial and domestic properties following damage by an insured peril.

Projects typically range in value from £50k to £5m.

You will be involved in a wide range of surveying activities, ranging from technical reporting, defects diagnosis, preparing Schedule of Works, contract administration and project management.
