Mechanical Assembler
£ per hour

Kempston

The client has an exciting opportunity for a
Mechanical Assembler to join their team. This position is well-suited to a person who is ideally having
Mechanical Assembler experience.

Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required;

Ideally at least 2 years' experience in assembly work
Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow them accordingly
GCSE Maths and English to grade C (or equivalent)
Experience of reading mechanical drawings, drilling and tapping etc
Experience using portable hand tools and fixing various parts together
Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality

Requirements:

Mechanical Assemblers required to work for manufacturing company in Kempston

Company manufactures power supplies for the aerospace industry

Role involves mechanical assembly and building of sub assemblies made of mechanical parts and components

Hours - 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
