Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced
Customer Service Support Advisor to join the team of a well-established business, based in the Denton area, on a full-time Temporary basis for 3 months.

Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Hybrid working available once training is completed. 3 days office, 2 days working from home.

Duties as a Customer Service Support Advisor will include but not be limited to:

Dealing with all customer enquiries and assessing issues, escalating any complaints that may need to be dealt with by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.
Keeping clients updated regularly with regarding deliveries, or nondeliveries and stock levels.
Liaising with Customer Service Supervisor or Manager to negotiate client details and discuss new supplier processes.
Inputting all information into SAP and internal systems, ensuring all details are up to date and correct.
Participating in daily catchup calls, discussing any issues that require additional support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail with good Administrative skills.
Experience working with internal CRM's and SAP.
Good level of Math's and English skills.
