To enable young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to access appropriate work placements and achieve sustainable, paid employment by equipping them with the skills they need for work through learning in the workplace.
To support SEND learners from Supported Learning Department in the workplace, provide the necessary coaching, training and encouragement to enable them to succeed.
