An amazing opportunity to join our Award Winning Your Move Bromsgrove branch as a Lettings Negotiator.

A fast paced, busy role which offers variety and great earning potential.

As part of the Your Move team you would be joining the National Home Move franchise which comprises 39 Your Move and Reeds Rains offices and is headed up by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Experience is required along with a "can do" mindset is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Industry experience is preferred, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

5 day working week
Uncapped OTE in the region of £19,000 £24,000.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licensee and have access to your own vehicle.
