We're looking for aContracts Officer to join our Eastern and Midlands Construction business
Location:
This is an agile role within our Eastern region, where we have offices based in Waterbeach, Rushden and Witham.
Home working is also available with some travel to other offices and sitesContract:

Responsibilities
Working in our Eastern region, you will be working with the regional business as well as Kier's legal team from tender to handover, on a wide portfolio of projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Checking of Contract Amendments within Tenders, liaising with the Legal Team and Commercial Managers
- Providing advice to the CM to enable them to make decisions on amendments included in tenders and to complete all PTPN's and PTPA's and negotiation of Contract T&Cs in line with company good practice.
- Ensure that Contractual risks are either mitigated or understood and allowed for within the tender and/or Project Delivery Plan.
- Collation and safe keeping of all Contracts, Warranties, Bonds/ PCG's for signature.
What are we looking for?
- either a degree and experience within the law industry or have commercial experience within construction.
- ability to work on multiple fronts to tight deadlines is key for this role.
