Description

You will support the Central Operations User Experience and Training Lead, ensuring that systems and processes training is delivered across the Trust to support patient flow efficiently and effectively.


The purpose of this role is to provide skilled and efficient support in the management of all aspects of the systems that run the Care Coordination Centre and aid Patient Flow in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

These systems include but not limited to

  • Bed Management system supplied via TeleTracking. This system interfaces to the Allscripts PAS system from Altera.
  • WASP for Direct Booking from 111 into UTC.
  • CUR to identify the patients right to reside in the Acute Trust
  • Virtual Ward system supplied via Luscii.
