Exciting new Credit Control vacancy in Leeds- Competitive salary and well established business
About Our Client:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up customer on their IT account system following credit checks and maintain and update customer records
- Processing and issuing sales invoices daily
- Posting and allocating cash
- Chase customers for payments, monitor accounts where balance exceeded and putting accounts on hold where necessary
- Attend monthly meetings with the Financial Director to discuss any problems with certain accounts
- Assisting other members of staff where needed and cover other members of staff workload when on holiday
The Successful Applicant:
Experience of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
Able to manipulate data and work off Excel
Self driven
Enthusiastic
Worked to timed deadlines
What's on Offer:
Up to £25,000 Annual salary + 23 days holidays + Company pension + Social working environment + Full Time + Free on site parking.
