Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator

Richmond or Twickenham areas

Salary:
Basic £18k - £32k OTE approx. £35k - £55k (depending on experience)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6pm & Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)


and working on a three-week rolling rota, working six days on week one, five days on week two and five days on week three.

Personal Specification:


  • A proven track record as a negotiator (This is NOT A TRAINEE POSITION)
  • Have excellent interpersonnel skills
  • Highly motivated and selfdisciplined
  • Be able to thrive in a fast paced, targetdriven environment
  • Have persuasive communication skills
  • Be motivated by results and a job well done
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and own transport l
  • Live close to the area and be familiar with the area.
  • Have good IT and administration skills
  • Be passionate about Lettings and working in Property
  • A person seeking with a career in mind, interested in gaining property qualifications, rather than just a steppingstone to their next job

**Key duties of this role include: - **- Advising potential purchasers immediately when a new property comes on to our books

  • Accompanying applicants on viewings
  • Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant
  • Liaising with inventory clerks, relocation agents and contractors
