Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fundraiser to join our team.

As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in helping us raise funds to support our organization's mission and goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts.

Duties:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
Identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors
Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
Utilize Raiser's Edge software to manage donor information, track donations, and generate reports
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and communications
Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and supporters
Monitor fundraising progress and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies

Skills:

Strong market knowledge and understanding of fundraising principles
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
Proficient in public relations techniques to effectively promote fundraising initiatives
Experience using Raiser's Edge software or similar donor management systems
Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns or initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay:
£15,584.93-£41,169.81 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
