Your Mission
Our HR Technology Specialist is responsible for day to day running of the HR systems, implementation of new modules or upgrades to meet the needs of the business.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with experience in HR SystemsAdministration and Configuration (ideally SAP Success Factors), who is looking for a role that offers development.
You will work on providing BAU technical support and systems admininistratiob for our HR technology landscape and will be involved in project management of new systems or modules.
What you will do
- Support the optimization of HRIS/HR technology operations and services
- Participate in project team for implementation and/or enhancement of new/existing modules or other HRIS related projects
- Support in gathering business requirements, system/integration testing and user acceptance testing, and training to end users
- Support the design and delivery of training initiatives for HR systems to ensure all users receive appropriate training on HR tools
- Establish and maintain up to date HRIS functional/process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Monitor interfaces between HRIS, other internal systems, and external vendor systems
- Works with third party/vendors to research and resolve interface errors
What we ask for
- Experience working in an HR Systems environment; (preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone Talentlink and Peopledoc)
- Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or related disciplines would be desirable
- Some background in generalist HR role, with the ability to relate HR systems to the requirements of the Talent Acquisition and HR professionals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, works collaboratively with functional, crossfunctional and technical teams to build effective working relationships
- Attention to detail and process/data driven
