Description

Baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are currently working in partnership with a Lincolnshire business looking for Social Housing Sales Advisors on a hybrid, full-time, permanent basis.

The Sales Advisor role seeks ambitious individuals passionate about customer engagement and delivery alongside the needs of the public sector.

The Sales Advisor will have a number of key skills, including:

Willingness to be a brand ambassador
Dedication to the delivery of positive outcomes
Patience
Strong communication and listening skills
Commercial awareness
Empathy and compassion
A customercentric attitude
Strong phonebased communication skills
A knowledge, or at least willingness to learn, of public sector and housing services
