Contract Type:
Permanent (Part-Time)

Shift pattern: 15 hours - Thursday and Friday 10am - 6pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Creating and confirming transport orders to ensure pickup and dispatch of shipments
  • Booking and route optimisation, in adherence to 4PL guidelines and customer requirements
  • Managing shipping documents and distributing to the relevant customer of department
  • Reviewing responses from counterparts and finalising validation of required documents
  • Investigating shipment status, identifying incidents or delays and resolving any issues

Now, here's what we need from you:

  • Experience in Air, Ocean, Road Freight or Customs is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong admin and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Results driven and great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and perform well under pressure
