Job description - Insights Associate
In this Insights Associate job, you will be working closely with the Director of Data and Insights. Your role will be varied with lots of hands-on responsibility from day one.

You will be involved with client communications, reporting, and market analysis, and have the opportunity to learn how to use and implement cutting-edge data tools and technologies.


Key responsibilities - Insights Associate

  • In this Insights Associate job, your tasks will include:_
  • Overseeing and monitoring client accounts, acting as their intelligence unit
  • Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentations
  • Analysing data in key focus areas including customer experience, digital, retail, and brand
  • Implementing natural language and AI tools to read, decipher, and make sense of the human languages
  • Supporting meetings with your client to report back on campaign performance

Job requirements - Insights Associate

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural generator of ideas and a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • At least 2 years of industry experience within analytics
  • Previous industry experience in a digital media consultancy
  • Rights to work in the UK with a UK or EU passport
