Legal Counsel 0-3 years PQE - Technology Sector - London - Hybrid working on offer.

Based in the US our client has a strong London presence and, due to the growth of their business, they are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to expand their UK team.

They offer flexible working (2 days in the office), competitive salary and benefits.

Your day to day will include the following:

Commercial Contracts:

Negotiate and draft software license agreements with end users, resale and distribution agreements with partners, data processing, advertising and other commercial agreements to support strategic growth.

Advise on legal risk and strategy.

Operations Support:

Working with teams across the company including Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities to ensure ongoing support of company operations for all legal queries.

Data Protection - assisting in Data Protection from a Legal perspective.
Strategic Initiatives.

Supporting the legal team on a variety of projects, involving various other areas of law, potentially including intellectual property, privacy, and related fields, all other associated Legal In-House duties.
