Description
Social Housing Contractor looking for Carpenters to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract covering Lambeth

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, and PDA to complete your duties.


Duties will include:

  • Hanging doors
  • Door frame repair/renew
  • Window frames UPVC/wood
  • Glazing
  • Locks and latches, forced entries
  • Kitchen Unit worktops
  • Bath panel stud work
  • Skirting and architraves
  • Forced entry
  • Staircase repairs
  • Flooring repair/renew
Secondary trades such as patch plastering, making good, basic plumbing.

42.5 hours per week PAID

30 minutes lunch break UNPAID

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

Temp to Perm
