Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range:
Up to £22, DOE)

Reporting into the Hospitality Manager, this is a permanent full-time role to be based at our Coventry site.

You will contribute to the delivery of a first-class Hospitality and Customer Service, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained.

The role entails providing a meet and greet, reception and help desk service together with delivering administrative support to the hospitality manager.

Key responsibilities include.

Providing support in the running of site events/open days.
Assisting day to day visitors, students, and external contractors, dealing with customer and visitor enquiries.
Providing the best possible service to all customers, including students, staff, Resident Student Wardens, and visitors
Assisting with the management of the student lettings cycle, including site show arounds, check in/out and rent collections.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and statutory requirements
Ensuring excellent communication pathways between other Mansion Group sites and Head Office

In return for the above you will receive a competitive salary with 26 days holiday entitlement (rising to 31 days with service) pension, life assurance and group income protection scheme.

Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
