Description
We have a new opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Operations team in Head Office.


This role will be 12-15 hours per week, Monday - Friday and paid at the rate of £11.00 per hour.

You will be providing administrative support to all areas of the business, so your day-to-day tasks will be very varied


Responsibilities will include managing holiday planners in Excel, auditing HR file compliance, managing volunteer onboarding for the Charity Shops, performing statistical analysis of staff and client satisfaction surveys, ordering stationery, creating meeting agendas and taking minutes.

The successful applicant will need strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and proven administrative experience.

You'll need good interpersonal skills and will need to be very organised and flexible to the changing needs of the business.

You'll also need to be able to manage your own diary and work independently as well as within a team.
