Description

Our client, a Lloyd's Managing Agency, seek a Casualty Claims Examiner.

Responsibilities will include investigating and effectively handling a broad range of UK and International Employers Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability claims.

Utilising claims policies and guidelines, you will review coverages, determines quantum exposure, secures information and negotiate and settle/defend claims.

You will p artner with solicitors, customers, brokers, experts and insureds to develop a focused strategy for timely and cost effective resolution of more complex claims.

Experience in Employers' Liability, General Liability, Products Liability required, although development support will be provided where necessary.

Experience in Life Science and Clinical Trials claims handling would be an advantage and a good understanding of ECF would be beneficial.
