Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data Support Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Accrington. The role is a 12 month fixed-term contract, and a very flexible hybrid opportunity once training is complete

The Role:

Conduct analysis and interpret trends and gaps in data, using these techniques to identify emerging risks and issues
Efficiently handle big data sets in Excel, ensuring data is correct and handled efficiently but without error
Deal with internal reports and KPIs, with the reports taking the data and describing what the data is saying in realterms
Communicate with internal members of the organisation, explaining complex data reports in a manner that a nontech focused audience can understand

The Person:

Used to working with high volumes of data and ability to show/explain data to different stakeholders within the business
Confidently communications when reporting on data both internally and externally
Strong Excel skills, especially with Data manipulation
Knowledgeable about data and how to read the data and interpret realworld meanings from it
