I am currently working with a sustainable, forward thinking, independent family run business based in Witham.

The company consists of 2 manufacturing divisions that cover the packing and distribution of alcohol, pharmaceuticals, flavour, and fragrances.
They work with small independents through to leading global organisations. Their extensive experience and knowledge have gained them a reputation as experts in the industry.
The company are currently looking to recruit a Technical Operator in Kimia Blending Division

Reporting to:
Bulk Area Manager

THE ROLE_

Qualifications/Experience required:

Working in a chemical manufacturing environment & operating equipment
Able to work in complex environments, prioritise workload and guide teams.
Working to quality standards and completion of quality documentation
Flexibility Numerate & Literate with high attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above incl. Maths & English
Chemistry or Chemical Engineering back ground preferred, but not essential
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Flexibility and enthusiasm
A team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
