Duties:

Design and implementing a credit risk framework for the various lending divisions:

Perform routine thematic / portfolio reviews and make relevant recommendations to Credit Risk Management Committee:

Lead, guide, manage and develop a team of credit risk professionals for structured finance credit:

Ensure global credit policies and procedures are consistently interpreted, understood and applied, and that all deviations are appropriately reported, escalated and approved:

Requirements:

University degree with relevant banking experience in credit risk management for corporate clients:

Strong understanding of credit risk management principles:

Ability to evaluate client business models, identify key risk issues, determine the appropriate risk appetite and take quality, defensible credit decisions

Good understanding of some of the specialized businesses like structured finance, project finance and aviation lending:

-
Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and good communicator:

- **Proficient in English
