Ticketing Agent, Global shared ticketing
Position Overview:
Applicants must have experience of working within a busy ticketing environment, ideally from within a Business Travel, Leisure Travel, Airlines or similar, using a Travel GDS system such as Amadeus.
As a Ticketing Agent, you will be working with a variety of clients across our business and group travel clients who require the provision of timely and accurate ticketing, supporting processes where robotic tools are not available or fail in their operation.
You will be expected to cover all aspects of ticketing, including issuing, refunds, and manual and systematic exchanges across air services globally.

Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurate processing of ticket issues relating to issuances, refunds, manual exchanges, including all calculations for numerous airlines.
- Following internal ticketing processes and procedures.
- Troubleshooting and problems solving as errors arise.
- Investigation and resolution of Agency Debit Memos and booking queries following up with airlines where necessary.
- Support the customer service team with ticketing issues.
- Liaising with Airlines to resolve issues.
Competencies:
Good eye for detail, analytical, problem solving
Experience and Qualification:
Experience and Qualification:
Amadeus GDS, 2 years travel industry experience, strong air fare knowledge. Preferably BA fares & ticketing 1&2.
