Customer Service AdvisorLearning how to do the role of the Customer Service Advisor and Service Administrator
Duties will include:
- Taking ownership of the customer and their vehicle
- Speak to the customer to understand accurate diagnostic information
- To receive approval for any other additional work
- To manage the logistics and parking of all the vehicles
- Learning how to upsell any work or accessories
- Obtain the history of the vehicle
- Answer all telephone calls
- Dealing with retail service related enquires
- Answer any questions relating to service prices
- Dealing with any customer complaints
- Meet the customer when they collect their new vehicle
- Upsell wherever possible
- Provide reception cover when required
- Attend open days
