Customer Service Advisor

Learning how to do the role of the Customer Service Advisor and Service Administrator


Duties will include:

  • Taking ownership of the customer and their vehicle
  • Speak to the customer to understand accurate diagnostic information
  • To receive approval for any other additional work
  • To manage the logistics and parking of all the vehicles
  • Learning how to upsell any work or accessories
  • Obtain the history of the vehicle
  • Answer all telephone calls
  • Dealing with retail service related enquires
  • Answer any questions relating to service prices
  • Dealing with any customer complaints
  • Meet the customer when they collect their new vehicle
  • Upsell wherever possible
  • Provide reception cover when required
  • Attend open days
Full training will be given for this position both on the job and externally.
