The Impact you will have:


  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
  • Delivering industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by managing accurate job closure ensuring all parts, labour and other expenses are charged at agreed customer rates optimising business opportunities to generate revenue
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times
  • Monitoring costs and margins on all jobs
  • Minimising the number of jobs in query
  • Effective communication with customers, taking ownership to identify and resolve any disputes within 7 days
  • Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution.
  • Processing specialist invoicing requests
  • Liaising with regional managers to resolve billing queries
  • Supporting the regional team to hit or surpass daily / monthly SLA's and KPI's
  • Supporting with the training of new team members
  • To ensure that the highest level of service and professional assistance is provided to our internal and external customers through accurate and effective communication
    :
  • Ensuring that personal and departmental objectives are achieved
  • Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary
  • Undertaking any reasonable task requested by a regional line manager

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Communications skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
  • Experience of working in an environment requiring a high level of accuracy


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft Office / System usage
  • Experience of influencing
