KM4 Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Associate, Private Wealth and Corporate to join a leading fund administrator and corporate service provider.

This is a great second step for someone who has commenced a career in Tax, Trusts or Legal Administration.

Working within a friendly team you will:

  • Support and assist the manager with daily administration.
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis.
  • Working closely with client and ensure they are kept informed of progress.
  • Assist in calculating costs and handling requests or queries.
  • Help with identifying, promoting and developing commercial opportunities.
  • Keep clients informed of new products, services and changes in legislation.
  • Proactively participate in project work.
  • Carry out any adhoc duties as required.

Skills you'll need

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Experience and skilled use of MS packages.
  • Good understanding of basic accountancy and finance concepts.
  • Good understanding of basic legal documentation.
  • Educated to degree standard with work experience in client relations.
  • Great attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
  • Capable working under pressure and multitask.
  • STEP or ICSA qualification/ or study is.
  • A foreign language would be an advantage but not essential.
