What does the role of Resourcing Advisor involve?

Owning the recruitment experience and making it yours, providing an incredible service for vacancies across multiple sites, roles and franchises
Proactively recruiting by searching for top talent throughout our CV databases, job boards and social media, as well as utilising recruitment tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Smash KPI and SLA's such as time to hire and cost of hire by utilising key processes and procedures

What qualities do I need to succeed in the Resourcing Advisor role?

Experience of delivering an unbelievably good level of customer service, whether that be from a recruitment background, administrative function or customer service department
Great organisation skills, being able to work independently, multitask and manage time effectively, whilst meeting deadlines even when under pressure in a fastpaced environment
