The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced call handlers for our client in the Mansfield area, previous strong customer service experience is a must
Working within a busy working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
- Escalating problems to other members of the team
- Data entry / use of computer software
- Liaising with internal departments
- General administration duties
- Have a great knowledge of problem solving
- Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
- Excel at building rapport with customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication
Working hours:
- Monday
- Friday 9am 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
A full CV will be required, followed by an interview directly with the company
