We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department at our Oxford branch.

The role is with a busy multi-franchise dealership that requires someone who can deal with high volumes, whilst also delivering a high standard of customer service.


  • Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands as you guide our customers through their visit to our workshop for repairs and maintenance.
  • Meet team and individual targets by the sales of added value products such as continuing maintenance plans.
  • Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
  • Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations.

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade/car dealership as a Service Advisor.
  • Experienced applicants from independent garages would be considered.
  • Kerridge experience is preferrable but not essential.
