We are excited to be recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for one of our Industry Leading Aviation Clients in Hayes, HeathrowResponsibilities:
- To maximise customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the Sales Induction Form, creation of Sales Orders and printout of folders.
- Liaise with the Customer as well as internally regarding supplied parts and any missing and damaged goods.
- Liaise with the Customer regarding Quotes.
- To support the Billing department to prepare the invoicing packages for the customer.
- Coordinate on Wing Support events with the customer and the On Wing Support team.
- To prepare and send regular status reports to the customer.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support role.
- Strong Organisational and analytical skills.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and understand customer contracts / specification.
- Possess relationship building skills.
- Must be highly selfmotivated.
- Have good IT skills with the use of standard Microsoft packages. Proven experience of using ERP data systems (SAP / AMOS etc.).
- Experience of multitasking.
- May require working additional overtime hours.
- Working with computers and screens for prolonged periods.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a starting salary of £29,500 depending on experience and numerous company benefits including travel discounts.
