Our client, a well-reputable Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Lettings Partner to join their busy team in Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take that next step and really progress in your career.


Working hours of a Lettings Partner:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am
  • 6 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Partner:

  • Up to £34,000 basic
- £75,000 OTE

  • Car allowance

Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings partner role you must have the following:

  • Experience in managing multiple branches
  • A proven record of success in Lettings
  • Drive and determination
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Carrying out 1 to 1's with the team and helping set KPI's
  • Able to identify opportunities to grow the branch network

Key tasks of a Lettings Partner will include, but will not be limited to:

  • effectively manage your Lettings Managers within the area to ensure that performance is optimised across all branches
  • Grow market share and the property portfolio of each office
  • Holding 1:1 review meeting's
  • Ensuring the business is compliant
- covering sickness and holidays, conducting market appraisals

  • Leading the team by example
