Senior IT Support Technician - Office 365, MS Exchange, Networking

£36-43k + Benefits - Cambridge

CloudScope are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician for a East Anglian business founded in 2008.

The Role

  • Setting up new servers to client specifications
  • Setting up and supporting client networks
  • Supporting client PCs and servers remotely and onsite
  • Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 201
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in supporting IT for SME's
  • Experience installing business network and server systems providing support both remote and onsite
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 and Office 36
  • Experience with Windows 7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016 and Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016

Salary:
DOE - Circa £35-40k

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - with up to 3 days remote and flexible working available


  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with long service

Other benefits include:
quarterly profit-based bonus, personal training & development, onsite gym, company shutdown over Christmas,

Location:
Cambridge + 3 days remote


Commute:
Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire

Who would suit this role?


This role would suit an experienced IT Support Technician with a good level of technical knowledge around servers and networks who is confident in their ability to set systems up that meet and exceed client expectations in a fast-paced environment supportingsmall and medium-sized businesses.
