The role
Our local hubs need exceptional people who are customer driven team players.

You'll contribute to a busy and thriving team in order to deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients.

We're looking for energetic professional people whoare excited by the opportunities this presents and the difference they can make.


What you'll be doing

  • Meeting new clients facetoface and over the phone/video, conducting meetings and providing holistic financial advice to review and meet their immediate and ongoing financial goals
  • Managing and building a designated portfolio of client relationships and introductions, identifying and addressing clients' financial needs
  • Using a range of business development strategies to proactively onboard new clients within your geographical area.
  • Establishing links with introducers, both internal and external
  • Adapting and enhancing relationships and building and maintaining a trusted adviser relationship with clients
  • Leveraging opportunities within existing client for referrals and intergenerational activity

Your qualifications & experience

  • Level 4 diploma qualified
  • Experience of giving financial advice
  • A genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.


You will be open and welcoming to change, have exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to stay focused in times of uncertainty.

You will seek to develop personal capability and knowledge and maintain a full understanding of the wider marketplaceand industry shifts.

You'll show commitment to living the SPW values, behaviours and meeting the Code of Responsibility.

You will also ensure your SPS is up to date and professional competencies meet the requirements of your professional institute and SPW's T&C approach.
