Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicine Administration (HEPMA) is coming to NHS
Tayside
Do you want to be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team that will deliver this ambitious project whilst gaining valuable experience in quality improvement, benefits realisation,
and facilitation skills?

The HEPMA facilitators' role will be to:

engage with a wide range of healthcare professionals, educating and supporting in the use of HEPMA within clinical settings on a day-to-day basis,

- be confident in recognising clinical activity and workforce challenges relevant to introducing new digital systems, whilst adhering to local policies and demonstrating sound clinical knowledge,
- show resilience and empathise with colleagues to fully support them through a period of momentous change.

This vacancy is open to applicants who are currently working in any of the following roles; nursing, allied health professional, pharmacy, practice education or digital.

Hours of work are: 37.5 x 4 posts
