Description
To book appointments, meeting rooms and interpreter services as required. To collate agenda items, take minutes for team meetings and distribute information to team members as requested.

To liaise with internal and external agencies, for example IT, on behalf of the team To participate in the organisation, coordination and delivery of study days and training.

Liaise with clients, carers, care homes, GPs and other professionals with regard to administrative duties relevant to client care, for example the processing of new referrals and the booking of new appointments.

Ensure consistent and robust reporting of patient related information on RiO as requested and in line with local policies. Ensure all patient electronic records are kept safe, confidential, and up to date. To monitor and maintain the department stationary. To support with the ordering of stock and medical supplies as directed by the clinical lead.
