Page Personnel are supporting a prestigious, highly successful organisation based in Solihull with the appointment of a People Services Coordinator (HR Coordinator) to join a growing team.

Following the training period, this role offers a mix of office and home working (1-2 days office per week).

Initially 12 months interim - Possible scope for permanent

Working as part of a busy HR team, this is an exciting and varied role, allowing fantastic opportunities for career development.

As the People Services Coordinator (HR Coordinator), you will support with a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Ensure all HR systems and staff files are updated
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partners regarding case management
  • Process all benefits administration
  • Manage the L&D inbox and required administration
  • Support with annual engagement survey
