Job Purpose


As the Funding & Compliance Administrator, you would work remotely with regular visits to head office and be responsible for the processing of qualification and learner data onto a Management Information System (MIS).

You will be a self-starter and be able to reach well informed and clear decisions. You will hold excellent organisation, communication, and administration skills.

Essential Responsibilities [The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive: ]

Using our MI System (PICS) enter information onto the system in a timely and accurate way
Electronic and manual filing of data and information
Registering learners with awarding organisations
Assist with paperwork audits
Supporting with Apprenticeship Service
Administrative support for e-learning platforms
Undertake a Business Administrator Apprenticeship where appropriate and relevant CPD and training
Foster and further develop in LMP a culture of excellence and accountability.

Where business needs change, to undertake other responsibilities which are of a commensurate level outside the terms of this role profile.

This may include supporting other programmes especially during our busy summer period.
To act within the laws of England & Wales.
To meet all the requirements of regulatory bodies, Ofsted and the ESFA


Qualifications:

Educated to level 2 ('GCSE', apprenticeships)

Experience


At least 12 months' experience within a similar post, ideally with knowledge of the apprenticeship, AEB, traineeship or Education sector.

Experience with ILR system. (essential)
Experience with PICS system. (desirable)
Experience with Awarding Body & End Point Assessment Systems (desirable)
Experience of Apprenticeship Service (desirable)

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to manage your own diary and responsibilities.
Excellent administration skills to produce high level results.
Friendly and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
Show curiosity, energy, and ambition.

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

25 days including bank holidays, with 3 days 'free' days given back during December
