_A top UK Accountancy firm seek an experienced Media Outsourcing Manager to join their London team. _

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, with a global presence in the market.

They are seeking an experienced Media Outsourcing Manager to join their leading media specialist office based in the West End, London.

_Joining a team of 40, the Media Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for: _

Oversee the media specialist outsourcing team
Review work of junior team members, coaching on the job, provide impactful feedback to team members
Organise additional training for team
Understand client businesses and build relationships
Automate processes to improve efficiencies
Reporting updates to partners and directors of deliverable deadlines
Work with the general practice team to ensure appropriate accounting policies are applied and accurate year end reporting is delivered
Assist with pitches and proposals for prospective clients
Billing outsourcing work and monitoring for scope creep and need for additional fees
Project management for on boarding of jobs

_As the Media Outsourcing Manager, you must have: _

Media sector expertise. In particular marketing and production companies
Understands revenue recognition policies in media clients
Portfolio management
Excellent communicator
Ability to manage time to meet deadlines
Expert with cloudbased accounting packages and advanced level knowledge of Xero and QBO and add ons such as Fathom and Dext
