An exciting opportunity has become available for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Housing Associations Customer Service team based in the West Midlands. This role is offering the chance to increase your experience and knowledgein a well established company, an easily commutable journey accessible by public transport and a long term temporary contract.
Customer Service Advisor

£ ph paid weekly via umbrella
Birmingham City Centre
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Assist the repairs team to deal with work orders from tenants
- Take inbound calls from tenants in regards to any housing queries/ repairs issues
- Update the system and log calls accurately
- Provide good customer service and aim to resolve problems on first point of contact
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
- Knowledge and proven experience of customer service facing roles
- Proven experience of dealing with complaints and achieving successful outcomes
- Experience as a Customer Service Officer/ Customer service planner/ Repairs planner/ Repairs officer/ Voids planner/ call centre advisor
- Previous experience in a call centre or social housing role would be beneficial
