Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Qualifications:


  • Educated to the equivalent of Alevel standard (Level 3 qualifications and above) Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (2015)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the presentation of formal reports
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to the public service
  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as part of a team but often without direct supervision using own initiative Experience:
  • Experience of writing person centred plans / reports
  • Experience of coordinating external services in schools and/or experience of multidisciplinary team working

Salary:
£11.92 per hour
