Position:
Sales/Customer Support Coordinator


Location:
West London


Salary:
Around 21K (Hourly rate £11) *Training period £10 per hour


Hours of work:7.30am - 4pm. Basically Monday to Friday, but sometimes on Saturday depending on the situation, but then Monday will be day off. Overtime may be required during busy periods (overtime will be paid separately).


Main Responsibilities

  • Organise workers and carry out moving operations.
  • Packing work Visiting customers or previewing and estimating on Zoom (depending on your experience)
  • Telephone answering service.
  • Arrangement work
  • Documentation

Requirements:


  • Understanding of Japanese style customer service
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Fluent level Japanese language skills required, Conversational English language skills required for work
  • PC skills (Microsoft office)

Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
