The Role:
- General HR administrative support
- Dealing with internal and external HR queries
- Assisting to Head of HR
- Maintain records for payroll
- Responsible for the employee life cycle attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation (posting vacancies and taking control of applicant tracking, screening etc.)
- Dealing with reference requests
- Coordinate leaver process, arrange, update and process exit interviews for leavers, completing all necessary tasks
- Organising and coordinating interviews
- Manage all recruitment and HR correspondence admin
The successful applicant:
- Knowledge of People HR platform
- In depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- In depth knowledge of GDPR and how to comply with legislation
- Previous HR recruitment experience
- Connectwise knowledge (desired but not essential)
- A good level of IT literacy
- CIPD qualification or recognized equivalent
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Crawley or Hybrid
