Pay:
£16.99 per hour
Location: Bidborough House, 38-50 Bidborough St, London WC1H 9BT
Hours: Monday to Friday 36.5 hour week
Duration: 5 Months
Reports to: Senior Admissions Officer
Working within: Access and Admissions, Student and Registry Services.

TATE are currently recruiting for a Brussel university and we are looking for a Admissions Officer.

Main purpose of the job

Handling enquiries received from applicants, parents and schools/colleges.
Supporting the UKVI points based immigration process as it applies to undergraduate admissions.
In undertaking these responsibilities, the postholder will liaise with prospective students and their representatives, members of staff in academic units and Professional Services divisions and external agencies, such as UCAS.
Follow and actively promote the Ways of Working
Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
To undertake all work in line with policies, procedures and regulations and to ensure at all times the promotion of equality of opportunity and nondiscrimination in accordance with Equal Opportunities policies.
To maintain an awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety Regulations.
